Caloris Enterprises has been based in Chaparral for years, and Dan has been running the business out of southeast Calgary since he incorporated it in 2007. When a furnace goes down on a Chaparral street in the middle of a cold snap, the call does not get handed to a technician forty minutes away. That proximity is the single biggest reason emergency response here is fast.
It also means we know the housing stock. Quite possibly. Much of the community was built through the late 1990s and 2000s, and furnaces typically run fifteen to twenty years. That does not automatically mean replacement. We diagnose first and tell you honestly whether a repair still makes sense.

Yes. Caloris provides a two year labour warranty on all of our work. Manufacturer warranties on the equipment itself are separate and vary by brand and model, and we will explain what applies to your unit before you commit to anything.
