Seton is newer again, with a mix of detached homes, townhomes and multi family construction. Each one heats and cools differently, and each one gets treated that way.
Seton is one of the newest parts of the deep southeast and it is not built like an older single family community. Detached homes, townhomes and multi family buildings all sit close together, and the mechanical systems in each behave differently. A townhouse with a shared wall and a compact mechanical room has different constraints than a detached home with a full basement.
Because Caloris does its own sheet metal and ductwork alongside the equipment, tight mechanical spaces are familiar territory. We also do a lot of work with builders and renovators on new construction, so the way these systems were originally put in is not a mystery to us when something needs adjusting later.

Yes. Caloris serves both the residential and light commercial market, and compact mechanical rooms in townhomes and multi family construction are familiar work. We fabricate our own sheet metal, which helps considerably in tight spaces. Access and available space are assessed on site before we quote.
Often yes, though it depends on the building. Available exterior space for the condenser, electrical capacity and any condo or association rules all factor in. We assess on site and tell you clearly what is and is not possible. Condenser placement is usually the deciding factor.
Yes. Sheet metal and ductwork are a major part of our business. We handle sales, installation and service of the distribution system itself, not just the furnace or air conditioner attached to it. We fabricate custom transitions and fittings to suit the actual space.
Yes. Caloris provides a two year labour warranty on all of our work. Manufacturer warranties on the equipment itself are separate and vary by brand and model, and we will explain what applies to your unit before you commit to anything.
