Sales, installation and service of sheet metal and ductwork. The distribution side decides whether the equipment you paid for actually reaches the rooms you live in.
Plenty of Calgary homes have a perfectly good furnace and one room that never gets warm. Almost always the equipment is not the problem. Undersized trunks, bad transitions, leaking joints and runs that were squeezed in around framing all rob the system of the capacity you paid for. Sheet metal is where that gets fixed, and it is a major part of what Caloris does.
We handle sheet metal and ductwork as its own discipline: sales, installation and service. New construction where the distribution is designed alongside the house. Renovations where basements, additions and reconfigured layouts need the system rerouted properly. Light commercial spaces where the duct runs have to work around everything else going into the ceiling. It is the least visible part of the job and one of the most important.

"Excellent service, and high quality work! Prompt and efficient company! We really appreciate that the owner took the time to explain how the installation is working."

Usually the ductwork, not the furnace. Undersized runs, poor transitions, leaking joints or a layout that starves the far end of the system will all leave one room short no matter how good the equipment is. We diagnose the distribution, not just the appliance.
We handle custom sheet metal work. Transitions, plenums and fittings can be made to suit the actual space, which matters most in renovations and older homes where nothing is a standard size. Sheet metal is a major part of the business rather than a sideline.
Yes. Basement developments almost always need runs rerouted, and often need added supplies and returns so the new space actually heats and cools. It is one of the more common renovation jobs we take on, and we handle both the design and the fabrication.
Yes. Caloris provides a two year labour warranty on all of our work. Manufacturer warranties on the equipment itself are separate and vary by brand and model, and we will explain what applies to your unit before you commit to anything.
