McKenzie Towne is one of the more established southeast communities, which means a lot of original furnaces are now well past the age where they can be relied on through a cold snap.
McKenzie Towne began going up in the late 1990s and filled in through the 2000s. That means a large share of the furnaces here are either original or first replacements, and both are now in the window where failures start. The pattern we see is consistent: the unit limps through one more winter, then quits on the coldest night of the following one.
The houses here are also close together with a mix of detached homes, semis and townhomes, and the mechanical rooms are often compact. Replacing a furnace in that kind of space is as much a sheet metal job as an equipment job, and we do both ourselves rather than subcontracting the awkward half.

If the home dates from the late 1990s or 2000s, the furnace is likely at or past twenty years, which is the end of the typical range. That does not mean it must be replaced today. We diagnose it and give you an honest read on how much life is realistically left.
Yes. Compact mechanical rooms are common in this part of the southeast. Because we fabricate and install our own sheet metal, the transitions and ductwork changes a new unit needs are handled in house rather than passed to someone else.

Yes. Caloris provides a two year labour warranty on all of our work. Manufacturer warranties on the equipment itself are separate and vary by brand and model, and we will explain what applies to your unit before you commit to anything.

Tell us what is going on and we will get back to you with a clear picture of what the work involves and what it costs. No pressure, and no surprise line items at the end.
