That is the work we do with builders and renovators, from drawings to startup.

Because we sell, install and service sheet metal and ductwork ourselves, the distribution side of the system gets the same attention as the equipment. Caloris has served the Calgary residential and light commercial market since 2007, and we are comfortable coordinating with the other trades on site to keep the schedule moving.

Builder and new construction questions

Yes. Design, equipment, sheet metal and ductwork, ventilation and air quality, through to startup and walkthrough. One contractor carries the whole mechanical comfort package so nothing falls between trades. We coordinate with the other trades on site to keep the construction schedule moving.

Yes. Basement developments, additions and major renovations often need duct rework, added zones, or upgraded equipment, and we design around what the existing system can support. Caloris has worked with Calgary builders and renovators since the company was incorporated in 2007.

Yes. Zoning is planned during design so different floors or wings hold their own temperature. It is far easier and cheaper to build in than to retrofit later, because the ductwork and controls are sized for it from the beginning.

Yes. Caloris provides a two year labour warranty on all of our work. Manufacturer warranties on the equipment itself are separate and vary by brand and model, and we will explain what applies to your unit before you commit to anything.
